Method
          It is prepared as chutney. The leaves are taken separately, washed, and sautéed in ghee for 2 minutes. It is then put into a mixer along with sautéed black gram, ginger, rock salt, and pepper and ground into a smooth paste. Soup, tea, raw juice, roti can also be made with this leaves or it can also be mixed with other leaves and cooked.
